See an example of a weekly census check
This synthetic walkthrough illustrates a workflow we can assess and implement around your existing systems. The Ops Audit identifies what needs fixing; implementation is scoped separately.
Synthetic data. Every center, record and number below is made up.Two records that should agree
The center logs attended minutes per client per day. The billing census is what claims are built from. Same clients, same days, two records kept by different people.

Try it by hand first. Two census cells don't match attendance. Can you spot them?
Discrepancies surface on their own
The two records are matched by record ID and day. Where the minutes disagree, the cell goes on a short list instead of being entered silently. Nothing is changed automatically.
A person reviews each one
The system compares and flags. It never bills. Pick an outcome for each discrepancy, or hold it until someone checks.
The weekly report, regenerated
The summary below is rebuilt from the current records each time you open this step, including any decisions you made.

Every decision is kept, so the census can be traced back to attendance and to the person who approved the change.
