Search and AI visibility for treatment centers

Families ask Google, Maps and ChatGPT before they call you.

Most treatment centers are not hidden by a lack of content. They are hidden by settings, missing links and duplicate pages nobody has looked at. We find what hides you, fix it, then build the pages families actually search for.

An AI agency for behavioral health operators. No promised rankings. Measured in your own Search Console.

Four well-built center websites, at one network, hiding in plain sight.

An audit of the four center sites at a five-center network. The sites were fast and professionally built. What hid them was smaller, and cheaper to fix.

51location pages, 1,700 to 2,100 words each, with no links pointing to them from anywhere on the site
8AI training crawlers blocked by a single setting, on sites that had published a file written for AI assistants
7near-duplicate landing pages, 88 to 94% identical, all open to search engines
11thank-you pages open to search engines, which can inflate conversion counts if ads point at them

Two of the network's own centers were also competing for the same searches with identical page titles. The crawlers that fetch pages live for AI answers were still allowed, so the loss was narrower than it first looks. We said that too.

The content was already paid for. Nothing linked to it.

51 location pages, written and published, reachable only through the sitemap.

A page with no links pointing to it tells search engines it does not matter, however good it is. Fifty-one of them were sitting there, already written.

Linking them from the pages that already rank costs a fraction of writing anything new. That is why it comes before any new content.

Fix what hides you first. Then build what is missing.

1 · FixWhat hides youCrawler settings (your call), duplicate and broken pages, misspelled addresses, invalid structured data.
2 · LinkWhat you already havePages you already paid for, connected to the pages that rank.
3 · MapsOne clean identityEach location on Google Maps once, with the same name, address and phone as your site.
4 · BuildWhat families searchA page for each insurer you accept, each level of care and each town you serve.

Every step is measured in your own Search Console, before and after, so you can see what changed.

What is done, and what is not claimed.

At a five-center network

  • In buildSearch and AI visibility for the network's next center, built into its new site

Not claimed: traffic, ranking or admission gains. We do not quote those without Search Console data in hand.

  • Promise rankings, AI mentions or trafficNobody controls them. We report what changed.
  • Add review stars to your own pagesGoogle does not show stars for a business rating itself.
  • Build near-copies of the same page for every conditionSearch engines treat them as doorway pages, and they can drag the whole site down.
  • Sell an AI-assistant file as a Google fixIt does not change how Google ranks you.

What operators ask first.

Should we let AI crawlers back in?

That is your decision. Some operators block them on purpose. We show you which ones are blocked, what each one does, and what blocking costs, and you choose.

What access do you need?

To start, read access to Google Search Console and your Google Business Profile listings. The outside-in review of your pages needs nothing from you.

Can you promise rankings or AI mentions?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. We fix what is measurably wrong, build what is measurably missing, and report what Search Console shows before and after.

Do you write the pages with AI?

AI helps us draft. A person checks every page, and your clinical director approves anything that describes care.

What does it cost?

A flat price, quoted once we know the scope: how many sites, locations and pages. The first 20-minute call is free.

Search for your own center the way a family would.

Your town plus "rehab", your insurer plus "IOP", then ask ChatGPT the same. Then book a free 20-minute call and tell me what you found.
