This policy explains what personal information Elevate AI Coach LLC, doing business as Elevate AI Systems ("we", "us"), collects through elevateaisystem.com and in the course of talking with you, and what we do with it.
Short version: the website collects business contact details and basic visit data. It never collects patient information, and you should not send any through it. We do not sell personal information, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
This website is not a channel for protected health information. Please do not put patient details into the booking form, email or any other part of the site. When a client engagement needs access to patient records, that access happens only under a signed business associate agreement (and a qualified service organization agreement where 42 CFR Part 2 applies), and those agreements, not this policy, govern how the information is handled. Our Terms of Service describe how we work with it.

We are an AI agency and use AI tools, such as Anthropic's Claude, to draft and check work. We do not put patient information into third-party AI services unless a written agreement with the client specifically allows it. If you would rather your business information not be processed by a particular AI tool, tell us and we will work around it.
Each service has its own privacy policy. We share only what each one needs to do its job, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or give you a copy. You can also object to how we use it, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser. Residents of California, the EU and the UK have specific rights under their local laws; email us and we will respond within 30 days.
We use HTTPS, access controls and reputable providers to protect personal information, though no system is perfectly secure. We keep it only as long as we need it to work with you, meet legal and tax obligations or resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize it.
Business information you share during calls, audits and engagements is confidential. We do not share it except as needed to deliver the agreed work, and we do not name clients publicly without written permission.
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
