What's the weekly time commitment?
Week 1 is minimal on your end, you fill out a 30-min intake form and show up to one 60-min handoff call. Weeks 2-8: one 90-min live call, plus ~4-6 hours of integration work per week. Most seats report 6-8 hrs/week total.
What if I can't make every call live?
All calls are recorded and dropped into your portal same day. The Signal channel is async-first. First 2 misses get a 30-min 1:1 makeup. If you're going to miss 3+ live sessions I'd push you to Batch 2, this cohort is small enough that presence compounds.
Why small (10 seats) instead of 50-100?

Why "men's coaches" specifically?
